Daily Fitness Motivation – OCT 23

Fitness Motivation:
“Keep Swinging” – it doesn’t matter if you are having a good or bad day, the best thing that you can do is to continue doing what you’re supposed to be doing. In this case, one of our greatest baseball players, Hank Aaron, did just that. Despite racism, he was one of the first African American players to join the Major League.
We all have obstacles and will face internal challenges when trying to accomplish our personal physical goals. But despite any obstacle, you MUSTÂ be consistent. Dont’ get shot down…just keep pushing…keep trekking and keep swinging.
