The key to weight loss.
As some of y’all know, I compiled a ton of my fitness writings the other week and put it all together in a fitness ebook! I’ve already sent out hundreds of copies. For your free copy, send me an email and title it “EBOOK”.

Foreward:
One of my biggest pet peeves is reading books that are ‘fluff.’ What does fluff mean? It means stuff that you’ve read a million times over in other books. It’s stuff that prescribes the same deal: eat less, move more, try these recipes and buy this book because I’m the newest, latest and greatest fitness guru.
The fact is: is that while there are more books, more gyms, more information and more supplements out there….we are all still very fat.
Is it the big companies? The Marketing? The fat genetics?
Finding the answer to any equation will involve several variables. Sure - it could be a little bit of everything, but the biggest factor is YOU.
YOU are the master of your destiny.
YOU choose when to take action.
YOU choose what moves you into action.
YOU are the only person who knows what motivates you.
Motivation is what inspires skinny celebrities, fit athletes and popular fitness models. They are not fit because they have a job, 3 kids and a mortgage. They are fit because they found out what inspires them.
Wouldn’t you be fit if you were paid millions to be fit??
So what is your motivation? Is it your kids? Your high school reunion? Your vacation? Your mate?
What will move you into action?
As you read this book I encourage you to examine what makes you move.

One last thing:
There’s a few things I will hardly ever do when recommending a diet and exercise program to anyone.
Firstly: I will hardly prescribe actual workouts and exercises because everyone’s physical capabilities are
uniquely different.
Secondly, I will not provide an actual food diet since everyone’s tastes are all unique and will need to be
adjusted according to their likes and dislikes.
Lastly, I will never say anything is either good or bad. All things are fine when done in moderation.
Enjoy! And Happy Training!
