Fitness Motivation:
Achieving a goal is about discipline.

IT is all about DISCIPLINE.

If you want  a cookie. Don’t eat it!

If you don’t want to workout. Workout!

If you want to sit and watch television. Walk on your treadmill and watch television.

If you want to eat popcorn. Eat fat free popcorn.

If you don’t want to do something. DO IT.

It’s all about discipline.

Discipline is Power.

Power is Strength.

And Strength is found in YOU.

    You are so right. I am a firm believer in self-control and willpower. Step AWAY from the cookie. LOL Don’t give in to temptation. You WILL regret it later and you WILL want a second and third cookie moments after swallowing the first. :-) Thanks for spelling out the lesson on discipline. I like the quote too: “The pain of disipline is far less than the pain of regret.” makes you think…
