Daily Fitness Motivation – Nov 19

Fitness Motivation:
Thank you Henry Ford for reminding us this bright and early Monday morning that it doesn’t matter if you say:
“I’m going to eat clean starting today”
“I will lose 2 pounds this week”
“I’m going to look great on New Years”
“I plan on working out 5 days this week”
….none of this really matters if you don’t take preceding actions. Just like the boy who cried wolf, there comes a point when people (including yourself) get tired of hearing all the talking about ‘I will’ – ‘I plan’ – ‘I want’…
Because the fact is, you will get to where you’re going when you start walking and not talking.
So make it a point to start walking this week…
Make it a point to take action.
Make it a point to build your reputation through a character that will follow through on everything it says its going to do.
DO IT.
Make stuff move.
Make yourself move.
Make your dreams become reality.
