Fitness Motivation:
Everything begins with a dream.
a vision…
a hunger…
a want…
Do you remember daydreaming as a kid - and thinking about all you want to do, be and become as an adult?
All things that happen don’t happen out of coincidence, they happen through a series of sychronistic events.
For example, if you say to yourself: “I’m hungry for Chinese Food” and then all of a sudden, you see a Chinese restaurant at the corner of your eye and then say: “WOW! What a coincidence, I just wanted Chinese food and there is a restaurant right over there!”
THOSE type of ‘coincidences’ happen daily…for the fact is, if you weren’t thinking about it, you wouldn’t be able to see it.
The key is that:
YOU MUST SEE IT FIRST.
You must see what you want in your mind.
You must dream about your desires first.
You must know what you want, envision it…and once you do it, you can perceive and achieve it.
Dream today. Destiny belongs to the dreamers.
