Fitness Motivation:

Happy Thanksgiving everyone~!

Today we give thanks to everything we DO have. We not only give thanks to the abundance of food we are going to eat, but also the country we live in…a country we share with the Native Americans who once abundantly inhabited it.

While today is a day carved out for ‘thankfulness’ - this feeling SHOULD be inside your heart every day.

For we must always give thanks to the gifts of opportunity we are presented each day.

We must give thanks to our arms, our legs, our heart…

We must give thanks to the our  nutritious foods and clean water…

I pray many times throughout the day: in the morning, before meals, sometimes in the car, before workouts and before I sleep…

When you pray, and are giving gratitude, you are allowing yourself to experience a deep sense of appreciate for this moment in time and the gifts given to you…

You think of what you DO have versus what you Don’t have.

While we can think, dream and want to have better bodies, what me must first realize is that we have a body RIGHT NOW that is fully functioning…so USE IT! Run, Jump, Swim, Climb…eat “live” foods, drink healthy liquids and treat your body truly as the Temple that holds your Spirit.
