Fitness Motivation:
You’ve got 24 hours today.
Hopefully you are spending:
8 hours sleeping.
8 hours working
2 hours resting
2 hours eating and with friends/family
2 hours watching your favorite shows
1 hour doing misc things
1 hour working out
WOW - isn’t that crazy to break your days out into hours? Out of 24, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO, is spend one hour of it working out….taking care of your body…conditioning your heart…training your muscles and making a secure investment in the only instrument you will EVER own.
Successful people aren’t blessed with 25 hours in a day - they live the SAME 24 HOURS AS WE DO. People who are fit mothers, fit doctors, fit students…ALL have the same 24 hours in a day as we do. BUT, what they do with their time makes all the difference.
People who are fit, are active throughout their whole day. Their not wasting time on wishing. Their not wasting time conversing with friends who are as unfit as they…they are not browsing through myspace or watching a 4th hour of tv. THEY are ACTIVE. They are doing something.
So be conscious today - prepare your schedule. Follow your plan and check out the box’s on your ‘to do list’!
