Fitness Motivation:
I have a confession to make…
I LOVE the word perserverence.
It teaches you to be relentless, tenacious, unmoving and focused when it comes to completing your life goals.
You persevere when things don’t go as planned, or goals aren’t met at the correct times…
You persevere when you don’t have the right gym shoes or you forgot to pack a healthy lunch.
People who persevere WILL train outside, will eat last minute fast food salads, will forfeit the dessert table and come home for cardio.
People who persevere make things happen.
So make things happen today. And be known for your perseverence!
