Fitness Motivation:
This past summer I actually read Mary Kay’s biography – and WOW was she an extraordinary woman. She took a home grown idea and turned it into an amazing, profitable, networking business!
My mother sold Mary Kay..my aunt sold Mary Kay..my first make up used was Mary Kay!
In her book she talks about struggles…about the passing of her husband, money issues and building her brand from the ground up.
She decided to be the MOST ACTION ORIENTED of the 3 types of people in this world
Which one are you?
As I was running on the treadmill this morning, I stopped midway because I was bored, sore and feeling a little sick in my stomach. But, after I threw myself a 30 second pity party, I jumped right back on and finished what I said I would do.
Make things happen.
Follow Through.
Don’t be mediocre.
Be the best person, you know you can be.
