I understand.

It’s winter time -

We are 5 days until Christmas -

It’s cold outside -

You feel guilty for eating those extra treats at work -

You are busy…

Maybe you missed your last 3 workouts or…

Forgot to bring your gym shoes with you.

Whatever the case may be.

DON’T EVER LOSE THE ENTHUSIASM TO WORK OUT.

Working out is like waking up each day with a DESIRE to SEIZE THE MOMENT.

Be Enthusiastic about your opportunities.

Be Excited about completing a hard, arduous exercise set.

Be Estatic!!! You have a choice in life. CHOOSE LIFE.

    Thank you for posting this today! I almost didn’t workout today because it is cold outside and I have so much to do before Christmas. I read this though and realized—I need to get it done! and so I did! :)
