Fitness Motivation:
If anyone knows excuses, I KNOW EXCUSES.
I literally will complain all day about not having time to go to the gym…
having my period…
feeling bloated…
too busy…
it’s Friday…
I’ve been good all week…
I don’t have a contest to prepare for…
WHATEVER EXCUSE, I had them.
When you don’t want to train, you will find ANY reason not to train.
However, when you want to complete a desire, you will do ANYTHING to make it happen.
Don’t make time for excuses, if you do…your excuses will take your time and WASTE IT.
The moment you make an excuse REMIND YOURSELF that excuses are what makes failures - purpose is what creates winners.
