I’m in Hawaii – AND Happy New Year’s EVE!

“We are told that talent creates its own opportunities. But it sometimes seems that intense desire creates not only its own opportunities, but its own talents.”

I performed an interview with Ernest ‘mongo’ Chang yesterday morning and he shared this quote for me. He is an inspirational man who was once over 300 pounds with diabetes, high blood pressure and unhappy with his lifestyle. Now he is an accomplished bodybuilder who carries a strong heart and an amazing spirit.

Right now, I am in Hawaii and getting revved for the New Year to arrive. It’s been a fun and busy week (hence my lack of posting so much) but very exciting if you are still dreaming, thinking, wanting and desiring to be your best physical best in 2008.

So Exciting!!

Since my arrival, we’ve went gliding, walked the beach, went to the local Catholic church, viewed a blow hole and spent quality time at old places David grew up in.

We plan on working out in the next couple hours after I update a couple of my sites and send out some emails.

You will notice I will post later (because Hawaii is 2 hours behind California) so – as y’all join me on our first week of January, you can best believe there will be tons of motivation around 1100 PST
