Fitness Motivation:
Follow through.

Completion.

Full Circle.

Done.

Are these words familiar to you? Do you begin a day with goals and FOLLOW THROUGH?

Do you start a project until full COMPLETION?

Have you begun a journey and come FULL CIRCLE?

Have you started something and ended it when it was finally DONE?

The MAJORITY of your success is writing stuff down on paper and checking the boxes at the end of day.

You either completed something or you didn’t.

You either came full circle or half a*#ed it.

You either did what you said you were going to do, or you didn’t.

Get IT DONE today.

Don’t make excuses. Close your eyes and just DO IT.

Sometimes when you think too much, it creates analysis paralysis.
