Fitness Motivation:

Baseball All-Star Yogi Berra hit it in the right spot.

How can you HIT and THINK at the same time?

You are either preparing to hit…

Or you are taking action and hitting.

The ONLY PERSON KEEPING US AWAY FROM OUR GOALS IS OURSELVES.

We think ourselves out of workouts.

We think ourselves into eating a small piece of dessert.

We think ourselves into believing we are…

“not good enough”

“not strong enough”

“not disciplined enough”

“not fit enough”

….

In order to find success you must think you will hit your goal

And then proceed with  an action without thought..

JUST HIT IT.

Just like Nike’s campaign, “Just do it” there is a profound message in those 3 little words.

JUST
DO
IT.

Stop thinking, start moving.

Get into the flow of your actions and be prepared by thinking positive thoughts before you begin your day, your workout, your week.

Prepare and then execute.

Prepare and then execute

PREPARE and then EXECUTE.
