Fitness Motivation:
Do you believe your going to get into great shape?
Do you think you’ll get a six pack? Run a marathon? Fit into size 4 jeans?
Do you think you’ll work out tonight?
How about happy hour? Do you think you’ll cheat a little bit on your diet?
REMEMBER: We will become what we believe.
You must assert your desires and trust that you will achieve them.
You must know your goals and have faith you will reach them.
In order to accomplish great things, you MUST believe…
BELIEVE in yourself.
BELIEVE in your dreams.
BELIEVE in your strength.
KNOW that success starts with you and your mental will to make it happen.
