Fitness Motivation:

Passion is created through a commitment.

When you commit to an endeavor - the rewards and the battle begins.

If you are COMMITTED to your health and fitness, you will train today.

If you are COMMITTED to physically progressing, you will eat clean today.

If you are COMMITTED to be a better version of ‘you’ - you will feel pain, you will feel pleasure, you will feel frustration, but most of all…you will feel PASSION.

Passion stems from the ability to want something soo bad, that you will do whatever it takes to achieve it.

Sure.

A ton of people ’say’ they want to to do something…but when it comes to putting two feet in the water, they don’t want to jump in.

Jump into your goal.

Jump into that lake.

Get scared, get agitated, get lost and get wet.

That’s the only way.
