Last Thursday I had GREAT NEWS!
I went to my mailbox and received my new Business Cards AND my Official IRS documents with my Tax-Exempt Number! My new Fitness NonProfit, my baby: Fitness Without Borders, is now officially out of my womb!
Below is our Mission, Vision and Programs. Right now I am working on finalizing the website, preparing for our first convention attendance in 3 weeks and managing the grant submissions and fundraising schedules.
I created a myspace account for this organization to network with other influencers. CLICK HERE TO BE our FRIEND~!

MISSION: Fitness Without Borders (FWB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2007.
VISION: Fitness without Borders is a California, public benefit, non-profit, fitness education organization dedicated to inspire underprivileged and unhealthy children to be fit, active and inspired by positive, healthy role models in their home, school and communities.
Our programs are geared to promote fitness education,
instill healthy habits and unite communities.
- Adult Education Workshops
- Fitness Field Trips
- Donated Sports Equipment
- Fitness Camps
- Leadership Academies
Adult Education Workshops are free, weekly, fitness and nutrition classes open to the public. These classes are conducted by professional volunteers and are focused on community development through support and unity.
Fitness Field Trips are active ‘adventure’ trips provided to underprivileged kids who lack financial resources to go hiking, biking, sailing, skiing, skating and swimming. These fieldtrips are organized quarterly and are focused on friendship, fitness and fun.
Donated Sports Equipment: FWB donates sports equipment and fitness/nutrition books to community sports/fitness programs where the youth lack resources and the financial support base to gain access to athletic supplies.
Fitness Camps are organized each summer for kids ages 8-14. These camps focus on developing self esteem, athletic confidence and wellness knowledge.
FWB’s Leadership Academy target community and youth leaders to become healthy role models to the people they impact. These leaders are taken through a 12 week transformation and education program, which assists them to teach, motivate and inspire their area of influence.

My hope is to create a successful organization that will have stellar operations and an ability to transform, motivate and ignite communities to make huge strides in their personal health and ability to take ownership of their lives.
Right now, I will be acting as Executive Director/Founder - in the future, I hope to pass this torch to someone who is passionate, determined and can move mountains.

I just designed and ordered these brochures for an event coming up on March 1st.

yay!! wooohooo!!! I’m sooo excited!
That’s amazing! What an awesome idea. I look forward to hearing about how this goes.
