Good Habits, once established are just as hard to break as are bad habits. – Robert Puller
Fitness Motivation.
There are certain things I’m going to do today without even thinking…
Without even consciously be aware of the good action I’m taking in!
I’m going to eat a healthy breakfast…
then drink a protein shake for snack…
then train at night…
then drink lots of water…
I AM GOING TO PERFORM ALL THESE HABITS NOT BECAUSE I’M FORCING MYSELF TO….BUT BECAUSE I HABITUALLY PERFORM THEM, DAY AFTER DAY, WEEK AFTER WEEK, MONTH AFTER MONTH!
What I’ve done, is create healthy HABITS. Just like the bad ones, the good ones will stick with you for a long time…and YES, they are hard to break too!
So think about that.
Think about all the NEW and healthy habits you are creating today.
KNOW - that it won’t always be this hard and that
YES, you will love to exercise and eat right eventually.
YOU KNOW WHY?
Because you will be addicted to the results.
Happy getting addicted to results day!
