Fitness Motivation:
How is journey coming along?
Are you frustrated? WHY are you?
Are you eating very unhealthy on weekend? WHY?
Do you fail to workout on Fridays? WHY?
Do you start the week well, then end the week ‘bad’??
Do you perform better in kickboxing classes versus spinning classes?
Are you noticing your left arm is weaker than your right?
Do you have a hard time getting motivated?
WHY?
Continuously ask yourself WHY??
This journey is about experiencing and reflection – redefining then re-executing.
The more you know about yourself…the more you are able to more swiftly target a goal, and get it done.
If you feel you have ‘failed’ yesterday…NOW you know what you need to prepare for tomorrow.
Life is a learning experience.
SO LEARN.
And know thyself.
