Movement IS Medicine!

If you are stressed…

MOVE!

If you are depressed…

MOVE!

If you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure…

MOVE!

MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!

This site is called “Fitness CURE” for a reason -

It means that there is no medicine like the thought in your brain, that tells your body:

“I’m in control of my body. My body is not what controls me”

So control your body.

Control your mind.

Control your actions…

and in the end..

You WILL control your DESTINY!
