Fit for your Wedding

There is a tight fitting white dress, 3 inch heels, a few traditional dances and a night of smiling, walking, and talking. There are photos that will last a lifetime, guests whose eyes are all on you and a groom who you want to amaze every moment on your special day.

Are you fit enough to get married? Are you ready to spend 16 hours keeping your core tight, your legs strong, your heart healthy and your smile big for the greatest party of your life?

Your wedding day is a day that should not only symbolize the love you share with the person you marry, but it should also symbolize the love and respect you will continue to honor yourself with as you continue your life plan together.

In order to get in tip, top wedding shape you must strengthen your core, increase your endurance, improve your dance coordination, toughen your muscles, lean down your body and boost your smile power.
