Daily Fitness Motivation – April 21

Fitness Motivation:

The person who will ‘win’ at any goal they set, is the person who can CONTROL their Emotions.

These people have the Emotional Intelligence to discipline their thoughts so they do NOT proceed into destructive actions.

These people have the internal discipline to eat well even though they are having a bad day…

…who persevere in running even after they are in a lot of pain from the last push.

These people are those who maintain laser beam focus even though there are new introductions to the environment…some which are painful, annoying, frustrating, but most of all: DISTRACTING.

Control your emotions and be AWARE when you are dealing with thoughts that are NOT beneficial towards your overall well being and long term goals.

As you start this week – remind yourself that you are an emotional creature full of light and energy. You must protect that power by recognizing the energy you are feeding your mind, body and spirit.
