Join the IDEA Video Contest!

For those of you who are IN the fitness industry, then you know that the IDEA convention is coming up in July. Basically, this is the largest gathering of fitness professionals: personal trainers, group instructors, managers – where they receive ongoing education units as well as an opportunity to network with other fitness enthusiasts across the globe.

I have attended this convention a few times and each time was fun and rewarding. HOWEVER! I do have to mention that is also exhausting! It is held every July in either San Diego or Las Vegas (it will be in Las Vegas this year) and each morning begins with a new group exercise workout. Afterwards, you attend anywhere between 3-5 classes, with some workouts inbetween. Somewhere in the middle you attend the fitness expo where they host the latest and greatest fitness tools to supply you and your clients success…

SO YES! This is a fun event to attend if you have ever considered becoming a part of the big bad world of fitness!
