Re-ignite your New Year’s Resolution!!!
It’s May! Can you believe it? It’s been exactly 5 months since we made our New Years resolution in January. This is the time to re-look at those goals and ask yourself:
- what am I doing right?
- what am I doing wrong?
- what changes can I make?
- how do I want to feel and look by summer time???
Let’s reignite those fitness goals today!!
1. Create a goal.
2. Create a timeline.
3. Create an action plan.
4. Get the tools.
5. Take action.
RE-COMMIT yourself and get excited! It’s summer soon!!!! It’s time to get serious!
Here are my tips for the month of May:
1) Subscribe to a fitness magazine
2) Get Fitness RSS news feeds daily in your email.
3) Create a month calendar and put it in your bedroom.
4) Write down your goals and tape it to your bathroom mirror.
5) Clean out your refrigerator.
6) Write motivational quotes EVERYWHERE.
7) Look at the city events calendar and do something fun and active every weekend.
Plan out your ‘free cheat meals’ for the month and don’t deter.
9) Write out your workout schedule of the month and FOLLOW THROUGH.
10) Get some friends on board with you for support and motivation!

It’s almost summer!!! Let’s get in shape!
