Fitness Motivation:
Are you tired yet?
Have you become unmotivated?
Are you struggling with your diet?
Did you not meet your fitness goals this week?
Are you not at your goal weight?
Did you miss your morning workout?
ANYTHING in life requires sacrifice, discipline and focus.
In this journey, you will have smooth sailing and then some tough waves…
But regardless,
you are going to get to your goal as long as you keep your eyes on the prize.
If you’re not struggling - then you’re not going anywhere.
For in order to change - you have to do something different.
When you do different things - it causes internal and external challenges.
But in that change - in that obstacle….you grow.
There is no growth unless you are challenged.
So grow - and become stronger because of your new fitness ambition.
