Fitness Motivation:

Yay! It’s Monday!

How are you doing? How was your weekend?

Did you eat really well? Did you eat poorly?

Did you do something active???

It doesn’t matter what you did yesterday or what you plan on doing tomorrow…

it’s ALL about this present moment.

What are you going to do RIGHT NOW to set up a week of success?

Write down your short term goals.

Figure out your daily schedule.

Go shopping for some healthy foods.

Get motivated!

Even though you may feel sluggish…maybe even a little uninspired.

DON’T BE.

Don’t let the past dictate your future.

And don’t let your emotions dictate your ability to change them RIGHT NOW.

In order to be successful you have to take yourself outside of the environment you are in…

and place your mind in an environment that seeks to fulfill his/her potential.
