Daily Fitness Motivation – June 17

 “Yesterday was history. Tomorrow is a mystery. But today is a gift. That’s why its called the present.”

 

Fitness Motivation:
Don’t think about what you ate yesterday..

Don’t fret about what you need to do tomorrow…

Just take THIS MOMENT

and make it yours.

The present is an opportunity to be engaged with your mind, body and spirit in a central moment of harmony

This is when your goals align, where your thoughts are in sync, and your heart is here.

Be in the PRESENT

and utilize it to its fullest…

for once it’s gone, it’s gone.

I used to say to myself…that once today is over

I can not go back and complete a Tuesday workout this week

The day is done – so I must make it the best day possible

I also realized that while working out…even though I’m in pain and am trying hard…

I will do the same tomorrow.

It was a realization that each moment is progression

and that each time I choose to not live fully,

I’m not truly alive.

So be here.

Be present.

And grab your opportunity.
