Daily Fitness Motivation - July 1

Happy July Everyone! If you don’t feel like it’s summertime, it now officially feels like we’re in the middle of it! With warm weather’s, vacations, and festivities coming up, it’s definitely a time to relax and rest your hard-earned body (if you started training this Spring of course!)

Regardless if you made your fitness goals or if you didn’t come close - it’s essential to stay consistent. NO MATTER WHAT. I like this time of year since it seems there are less people training when the light is out (I like to hog the gym) and doing stuff outdoors is always fun and active!

Try: swimming, riding a bike, climbing a mountain, walking your dog.

Get out there!

Fitness isn’t just inside the confines of a gym environment. It is whenever you move your body!

So move it!

Every day!

Do something!

Even if it’s just for 20 minutes.
