She’s “all together beautiful to me!”
I started training with Kris a little over two months ago, and as I contemplate what I can tell you that would adequately describe the moments we shared over the past two months, and the progress we’ve made together, I feel at a loss for words. Which, if you know me, is a rare occasion.
But the descriptive words that comes to my mind, when I think about the weight loss journey, are all-together beautiful .

Prior to my accident I was in pretty decent shape but I had always focussed a lot of my attention on my core. The moral of this story is that being in good shape and having the muscle structure that I did at the time of the accident held me together and allowed me to suffer little from an accident that should have killed me. The fire crew claimed that they had never seen anything like it and the doctors needed convincing that I was still alive. Read the rest of the story and comment here.
