Daily Fitness Motivation – July 7

Fitness Motivation:
When we are moving – we are happy.

When we are going towards a goal – we are happy.

When we complete an accomplishment – we are happy.

Happiness isn’t sitting around…doing nothing…watching tv.

Happiness is when we’re moving outside – walking our dog – or swimming in the pool.

It is in our nature to move – to grow – to evolve…

Remind yourself this week what constitutes real happiness..

Real Happiness is progression..

Real Happiness is movement…

SO move

And be happy :-)
