Fitness Motivation:

I love this recipe!

I’ve always believed a Whitman has quoted that: “Nothing is achieved without Enthusiasm”

You have to be EXCITED about what you are doing.

You have to want it – love it – live it…

You have to be inspired to move…

Motivated to accomplish…

And Creative enough to push through when things get a little challenging.

This translates to:

- reading your goals every day

- pumping yourself before your workouts

- performing plyometrics at home when the gym is closed.

It’s ALL about staying enthusiastic.

Have a great Tuesday everyone and make it a point to complete your workout goal today.

It is 1 or 2 hours in your day -

Not much…

But it will make you feel great for hours afterwards!
