Fitness Blog: Prego Pics!
I haven’t exercised in 2 weeks!!!!
YES. It’s true.
While it seems hypocritical of me to post daily fitness motivations and yet not actually work out myself – I DO BELIEVE there are some reasons why you can take some time off:
- You give your body a full recovery and rest
- You still remain active recreationally
- You are Pregnant
FOR ME, I am all three. It’s been an incredibly busy and tiring 2 weeks. Not only was I traveling, but I’ve been babysitting my niece and nephew 24/7 for over a week now. Being with them is a workout in itself! They are definitely giving me a better idea of what I need to prepare myself for when I do have kids. Firstly, I would need to workout out EARLY in the morning and secondly, I would definitely need to go to bed sooner.
My goal this week is to train 3-4 times and adding in some dog walks. Honestly, that’s the best I can do considering most of the time I am VERY sore after training intensely and fatigue continues to be a constant battle.
I am now 5 months! And we found out we are having a boy. I’ve gained around 12-13 pounds now and am noticing my weight gain and belly circumference getting steadily bigger every week.
