our minds can make things easier  for us…

or harder for us.

It can make us PUSH harder

It can make us LIFT heavier
It can make us ENDURE longer.

your battles first begin in the mind

and end with the body.

Be cognizant of the mentality you have today.

Be aware of the attitude you walk into the gym with.

Be conscious of the things that promote vitality and life.

Be in control of your mind.

Once you have that control - you can control -

Anything.
