Lauren Brooks’s Kettlebell DVD rocks!
I just finished watching Lauren Brooks’s DVD, “The Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells” and it was AWESOME. I am a big believer of mixing up your program and adding new techniques to shock your muscles….so if you haven’t tried kettlebells yet and are interested in a non-intimidating, female-friendly program, then CHECK HER OUT.
The DVD includes over 15 exercises, including my favorites:
- suitcase deadlift
- squat thrust
- one arm clean and squat
- russian twist
and more!
She not only clearly explains and demonstrates each exercise, but she also provides cardio and ab workouts. Watching her is such an inspiration as I hope to have abs like her when I give birth later this year! What an amazing role model for mothers everywhere!
If you are interested in her DVD, check it out here.
If you live in southern California and are looking for a trainer, check out her rates here.
If you want to follow her on her fitness blog, click here.
