Fitness Motivation:
If you’re young, have legs, arms and a heart…

then USE IT.

Almost every day I work with the elderly and watch them:

sit.

eat.

sleep.

and stay in bed WISHING they can do what all of you have the opportunity to do EACH DAY.

Use your legs and RUN

Use your arms and LIFT

Use your lungs and CLIMB A MOUNTAIN

Do something.

Be active.

And don’t ABUSE your body.

USE your body.!!!
