Fitness Motivation:
I love it…

“If not not now, when?”

Think about it.

When it comes to being in the best shape of your life,

No time is better to start than the present.

When it comes to working out -

No time is better than this very moment when you thought about it.

In order to get things done in life…

You need to create a sense of urgency -

a deadline -

a due date -

When things are going to get done.

When there is pressure under your belt…

miraculous things happen.

Suddenly,

you are taking action without over thinking..

you are accomplishing tasks without hesitation…

you are hitting goals without trying.

You are MOVING.

So do it now.

Make it happen NOW.
