Fitness Motivation:
THAT is exactly my thought when I am looking at the gym from the outside and…
I don’t want to go in.
I remind myself that at the end of this day -
if I work,
run my errands,
watch my favorite show,
spend time with my dog,
and have the perfect diet…
will I feel content and satisfied?
I know that deep, deep, down…
that if I don’t work out,
then NO
I will know that something went amiss.
I will REGRET not exercising
even for just 20 minutes.
Remember that as you make small action decisions today
and always…
Remember that we don’t often regret what we do..
it’s what we don’t do
that we often remember
so WORKOUT TODAY!
