Daily Fitness Motivation – September 24

Fitness Motivation:
Whenever I start off towards a NEW goal

I admit…

It does seem a little bit weird for people. After all, it’s NEW.

I might be waking up earlier to workout.

I might be saying ‘no to wine’ when I dine with friends.

I might be missing a few dinners to attend a group exercise class.

My way of life might seem confusing.

My schedule might be turned around.

I might seem a little ‘out of my element’ MOST of the time.

BUT….

There is a  method to my madness.

There is a METHOD to OUR Madness when we are aiming for a new challenge.

So KNOW this as you feel a little anxious, ‘off’, and absent from the crowd.

KNOW and VISUALIZE the person you want to become

and the path that will get you there.

You will feel chaos – other’s will misunderstand you.

But the only thing that matters…

Is that YOU understand YOU.

    Like the qoute. If you want to be ordinary train like ordinally people but if you want to be exceptional train exceptional, people wont understand but it doesn’t matter.
