Fitness Motivation:

If you want to be FIT

Then expect to be in the minority.

Most people are dealing with being overweight or obese.

Most people spend evenings watching tv instead of exercising.

Most people don’t know the calories in a cheeseburger

or how much they eat in one day.

MOST people don’t excel to their potential.

Most people don’t realize a reality farther from the present.

Most people don’t reach their goals.

The masses will persuade you to be less than what you are -

The masses will want you to assimilate to the fat culture we’ve breeded in America.

REALIZE THIS.

In order to create results

You will deal with opposition.

You will not resonate with everyone.

You will often feel alone.

BUT

In doing so

You will complete things

Only a few people can do.
