I watched this last night and LOVED it.

It was great to watch that while flipping to the Biggest Loser Family Edition.

SO NICE to see all this motivation all day long. This is a great opportunity to find great role models of REAL people. What I loved most about the show (and the Biggest Loser actually) is the focus on EXERCISE.

Some people think they can diet without exercise - YOU CAN - BUT! You will have long term benefits by exercising your way to a healthier body.
