People with integrity do what they say they are going to do. Others have excuses.

Fitness Motivation:
“I’m too busy.”
“I don’t have anyone to work out with”
“I get so tired.”
“I have my period.”
blah…blah…blah…
blah….
BLAH.
Excuses.
Don’t you hate them?
There will always be a reason why you CAN’T do something…
AND
There is always a reason why you CAN do it.
The people who succeed in their endeavors ALWAYS figure out how to make things happen.
When they say they will do something.
THEY DO IT.
When they set their schedule.
THEY FOLLOW IT.
They do whatever it takes to make things happen.
So make it happen.
Do whatever it takes.
No excuses -
ONLY RESULTS.
