Fitness Motivation:
Progressing.
Succeeding.
Accomplishing….
is all about doing -
what you THOUGHT you could not do.
It’s about pushing a little harder.
Working a little longer.
Striving a little higher…
and all the while -
KNOWING
that if you want to be someone you haven’t been.
if you want to be somewhere you haven’t gone.
THEN you must do things you haven’t done.
That requires conscious understanding
of the challenge existing on a daily basis.
Push. Stive. Succeed…BECOME.
BE - who you were meant to become.
