Maybe sometimes I’m such a thinker, I reevaluate too much. Sometimes when it comes down to it, I really don’t need to do anything, I don’t really need to change anything. I need to just keep plugging away, working at it.

Fitness Motivation:
Sometimes we DO think too much.
We think about not completing our goals..
We think about if we can make it the gym..
We think about how we are going to eat a healthy lunch..
or if we can deny alcohol during happy hour.
We think about our plans.. and
We think about not planning at all.
Sometimes we just need to take action.
That’s it.
Just TAKE ACTION.
Stop thinking -
and MOVE!
