Us Magazine Jennifer Aniston says she is a “realist” when it comes to her body.
“I know that if I eat nothing but burgers and chips, I’m not going to be hired for the parts I normally would,” the actress — who turned 40 last month — says in April’s Elle UK. “That might be fine one day, but not right now.”
Aniston — who does yoga two hours daily at her home gym with trainer Mandy Ingber — also says she would love to get more physical on the big screen.
