Post-Prego Fitness Blog: I leaked through my sports bra
Yep! It was pretty embarrassing this morning around 6 something a.m. I felt a rush through my breasts as I walked towards the cables and discovered my shirt had two wet marks encircling my breast area. It was so funny. Luckily, I caught it before anyone noticed.
I rushed out the house so fast this morning I didn’t realize I forgot my breast paddings just in case I leaked. And I did! Instead of leaving, I put on my jacket and trained in that the entire time. While it was definitely not comfortable training in a jacket, at least I got my goal today done!
I just finished cleaning up the house. For me, that includes dishes, laundry, tidying up each room and trash. I feel sooo much better when things are cleaner. It makes me feel more controlled and HAPPY!
I also finished three articles due yesterday. Getting that off my plate before the weekend starts makes me feel happier as it cleans my ‘to do’ list.
I decided that I wanted to FEEL GOOD today – so I actually did my hair, put on some make up, had a long cardio session and plan on wearing a great outfit later. For the last few days I’ve been running around EVERYWHERE…most often I’m in a hat, in workout clothes and wearing mascara and chapstick.
In the next few days I have a photoshoot – it was an impromptu request by one of my magazine editors…so, even though I don’t feel THAT great about my physique yet, I will still muster the confidence to get’r done!
My goal this weekend is to:
- Not eat too much sugar
- Train hard on Saturday
- Continue eating my 5 small meals throughout the day
- Drink lots of water!
