New Special K Protein Shakes ROCK!
I am a HUGE fan of Special K products. I love their cereal, their cereal bars…and NOW I am loving their new protein shakes! Perfect for ‘on the go’ meals, this shake literally tastes like chocolate milk. Packed with 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, this shake takes the cake when it comes to ‘balanced nutrition’. The only thing I’m a little critical about is the 18 grams of sugar…HOWEVER! At least they didn’t use sugar alcohol (which I hate even more).
This is a great pre or post workout shake coming in strawberry, vanilla and chocolate! Definitely recommend it!
