Who am I?

Who am I? I am a woman who was raised on McDonalds, never played a sport, experienced every diet, underwent an eating disorder and was raised by a ‘fitness challenged’ mother.

In the same token, I have also competed in beauty and fitness competitions since age 16, became a personal trainer at 20, a fitness manager at 22, group exercise director at 23 and project coordinator for a large fitness company at 24.

Why is THIS site different from others? Because the content is written from a person who understands what it means to be challenged, unmotivated, unsuccessful, happy, inspired and accomplished.

We are not suffering from laziness or lack of education. Our overweight world is suffering from a disease called ‘inaction’. What creates inaction? Lack of motivation.

Bottom Line.

YOUR LIFE IS YOUR’s ALONE. THE ONLY THING YOU OWN IS YOUR BODY…so take care of it.

As much as we are suffering from sedentary lifestyles, lazy habits and fat laden foods, we still manage to be unhealthy, uninspired and unwilling to change our lives for the better.

THINK:
Whenever doubt clouds your mind, or a moment of sluggishness surfaces in your daily life….remember 2 words:

“Take Action.”

Being active promotes body movement, mental challenge and most importantly:
Spiritual Change.

We all have the ability to manifest the strong spirit within ourselves by first engaging in our basic need to move, to live and to be transcending.

This site is a ‘cure’ … for anything in life requires YOU to take action on whatever personal disease, physical ailment or mental challenge you face to realize a better you…a new you…a you that can only be discovered by seeking challenge and fighting to win.

We are Living to Win - not dying a little each day just to Lose.
