Michael Phelps is getting a lot of flack for promoting Corn Flakes versus the “All-American breakfast for champions: Wheaties”
Personally - I LOVE Frosted Flakes….but only when I’m pregnant
Wheaties is definitely a healthier choice. However, Kellogg’s produces a ton of different cereals, some which are pretty healthy, besides the sugary kind.
