Oh you're all baby. That weight will be gone in no time just like before. I've heard that staying hydrated keeps the stretch marks away. I had two babies, I only have a few marks, none on the stomach.

Thanks so much. I do find encouragement - esp. within my nonprofit programs. It's amazing to watch people with busy lives transform themselves.

Good point. However, the name is 'handful' so I think focusing on how it doesn't cater to larger chested women is like complaining that 'push up' bra reviews focus so much on how much the bra 'pushes the breasts up'.

I am wearing mine right now, and besides the extra cleavage (which I took out the pads so its not that bad) - the support is actually really good. Mainly because of the criss-cross straps.

Hello, I must admit I am bothered by the write ups I see on the 'Handful' bra. First, I guess, given the name, it goes without saying that it is not for people with a C or larger cup size. But that disclaimer should be the first line of any review. Also, the rave reviews seem to center around how sexy and fashionable ('a hint of cleavage' according to Washington Post writer Vicky Hallett) one can look while exercising. While advocats claim it is 'a better sports bra' there is not one word about support. While I don't like to look like an unfashionable slouch while exercising - my goal is to exercise - the focus is not fashion or trying to gain (at times unwanted) attention by trying to look sexy. In my opinion a great sports bra is one that provides great support and is comfortable - not whether it has inserts for a push-up effect.

Thank you for the encouraging article, I understand what you mean when you say becoming a leader. My father had some bad habits and he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. Although that scared me I was very happy that he took charge of his life and begain to exercise and to eat a little better so his side affects are minimal. He is an inspiration to me and you are also. I never go away from your post and not feel encouraged and I hope you find that kind of encouragement when you need it. Thank you so much.

Bruce Lee knew what he was talking about. If I recall correctly, he was picked on a lot as a child and this was his motivation for being the best and fastest martial artist. I just watch a video trailer about a 80 yr old man that completed a triathlon on his birthday. It's called Mr. Jimmy's Birthday Challenge. He really went beyond!

Sometimes I wish I had the busy life you describe but I know I couldn't handle it. If I have more than a couple of things scheduled I panic. When the new baby comes it will get even crazier for you, what will you do?

Great quote, and it's so true.

I always remember the words of Tony Robbins which are similar: focus on what you want, believe you can do it, and take mega action.

Perseverance is essential!

During month 5 of your pregnancy you may experience occasional discomfort in your inner thighs, hips and lower abdomen called round ligament pain. This is because the ligaments that support your uterus are carrying load that is increasing. Pelvic tilt exercises helps tone your perineum and ease pregnancy aches and pains.

very interesting! As a healthcare provider I also know that the Mexican-American population has a high incidence of obesity realted issues and some preventable health diseases. There must be a communication gap or cultural gap that has hindered progress. It seems with data like you have reported this population can meet goals and objecgtves with proper a proper guide! Neat info!

And don't forget the Quest Protein Bars. They are the best bars I've found.

They have only 4g of carbs that don't come from fiber and no sugar alcohols or glycerin.

They are only available online so just do a search for Quest Protein Bars.

I always try to use real food but when it's impossible I like to keep them in my car and in my desk at work.
