Daily Fitness Motivation – July 17

Fitness Motivation:

I’ve pissed a lot of people off in my life.

If they complain about not getting results…

If they talk about how challenged they are…

If they don’t say anything positive about their fitness journey…

Then my response is most often:

“Then you must not really want it.”

And they look shocked.

“how could I…who am I to say…you don’t know anything….blah, blah., blah”…

But the truth is.

is that if I’m not getting what I want.

Then I must not really want it either.

it works the same for all of us.

If you really, really, really, want something.

You WILL get it Eventually.

and regardless of obstacle…you WILL figure out how to overcome it.

If you REALLY want something, you develop persistence, patience and a positive attitude.

So do you really want to be fit?

Do you really desire to be fit???
